Information you provide: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address (if you order a poster), photos you upload, and any drawing notes or instructions.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: fulfil your order and create your portrait; communicate with you about your order; send transactional emails (confirmation, portrait delivery); and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Photos & Portraits

Photos you upload are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and used solely to create your portrait. Finished portraits may be used in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise — contact us at service@c137me.com to opt out.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality (e.g. Stripe payment processing). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing service@c137me.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
