Your portrait arrives as a high-res digital file by email — sharp enough to print big, use on merch, or keep forever. Physical posters ship separately and arrive within 10–20 days. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Our artists are skilled and take every order seriously. That said, translating a photo into a portrait isn't always perfect on the first pass — if we've missed something, send us your notes and we'll fix it. We work with you until you're 100% happy.

Yes. Cats, dogs, birds, fish — every pet counts as one character in your order. We draw them as attentively as the humans.

Essentially anything. Choose from our presets — Portal on Planet, Spaceship, Love Portal — or pick Custom Background and describe your scene. A favourite place, inside joke, specific room, vehicle — if you can describe it, we can draw it.

Yes — please do. More photos means a more accurate portrait. Different angles are particularly useful. Use the drawing notes to tell us who's who.

Clear, well-lit face shots give the best results. We work with what we're given — if a photo is unusable, we'll let you know. For poster orders specifically, send the highest-res photos you have.

Yes. Your portrait is yours to use however you like — print it, post it, put it on merch, give it as a gift. No restrictions on personal use.

Groups of 7 or more are no problem — we've done big families, work teams, and wedding parties. Email us at service@c137me.com and we'll put together a custom quote.

Make sure to include all the details you want at checkout — outfits, poses, props, background specifics. Anything not covered in your notes will be handled by the artist's judgment. If you request changes that significantly alter the scope of the work after it's started, additional charges may apply.
